_Coach Parenting_ helps parents navigate the difficulties of raising teenage boys and girls by adapting NFL coaching techniques to family life. _The Bonding Over Beauty_ series focuses on the mother-daughter relationship teaching moms how to handle sensitive topics that often arise with tween and teen girls.

A graduate of Dartmouth College, Erika lives in New York City with her husband, seventeen-year-old son and fifteen-year-old daughter, and puppy Brody.
