A parenting and lifestyle expert, Erika Katz is the author of the book Coach Parenting: Raising Teenagers with Advice From Pro Football’s Greatest Head Coaches as well as the Bonding Over Beauty Parenting Book Series. Erika can be seen on “The Mom Jury” for the Today Show with Kathie Lee and Hoda, Inside Edition, Hallmark’s Home & Family, and Access Hollywood. She has been a frequent guest of The Harry Show, Fox News, The Doctors, NBC News 4 New York, Fox 5 New York, CBS2 New York, PIX11 News, and Telemundo.

Coach Parenting helps parents navigate the difficulties of raising teenage boys and girls by adapting NFL coaching techniques to family life. The Bonding Over Beauty series focuses on the mother-daughter relationship teaching moms how to handle sensitive topics that often arise with tween and teen girls.

A graduate of Dartmouth College, Erika lives in New York City with her husband, seventeen-year-old son and fifteen-year-old daughter, and puppy Brody.
